    4.) Tourism
    5.) Climate Bill
    6.) Families of the fallen

I ranked these in this order because the oil spill is damaging tons of habitat in an important breeding ground. It is also releasing carciogens that will effect human health. I put seafood industry and finacial as equal because both are devastating right now as out ecomony is already bad and people are already stuggling. Now fisherman are unable to make a living and struggling even more. Also, BP's lawyers are making sure that the insurance companies cover them so that the most they have to pay is 75 million (a small chunk of the damage). At this point, legislature and the bill don't seem as important. And hopefully there won't be anymore fallen.

I really didn't want to put the families last! This oil spill is a gigantic problem and and will have continued effects for many years.

One thing that really concerned me was raising cancer rates for humans in the area. Even if it raises it a small percentage that can lead to a large increase in deaths over time.
